Don't know the average age - but I'm in my mid-forties and have gained both
CCNP and CCDP status in the last 3 months. Not only that - I'm also female,
and I totally changed my job to Network engineering less than 3 years ago.
There's no barrier when it comes to age - just the determination to succeed!
