RMA means its unfixable and you send it to cisco for a
replacement.

Yeah, there's only 18 steps to get to where we are and they were fairly easy
so far.  I've tried it a couple times now and had another guy give it a shot
following the instructions all along the way.  All the images were where the
instructions said they should be (CatOS in bootflash and Native IOS in
Slot0) and everything looked perfect until we told it to "boot slot0:xxxx".

Forgive me for not knowing what RMA means, but it sounds bad.
