Hello, and thanks. I have just propagated the package to the list. Yes, I did change the characters in Fontforge, both in terms of transformations, and in terms of setting left and right bearing, width, shifting vertically in some cases, and the creation of some new characters. Thus, it is not so straightforward to clone this from the original Wadalab fonts. I was wondering though if I should include my Fontforge .sfd file for users in case they wish to contribute or edit this. That is the last stage before processing it with subfonts.pe and Unicode.sfd to output the .tfm and .pfb files. > Be sure to add a license (or several licenses) that encompasses all of the > files you would like to upload. This is an important question, and I forgot to ask it in my previous mail: CTAN suggests one of several licences, and I added mention of lppl in my README based on an example file in the CTAN fonts archives. For Debian Is it preferable to use the gpl instead? If so, I will change the README appropriately. Also, is mention enough, or must the license be quoted. And lastly, what version number of the GPL license would be best?
