Have you tried removing and reinstalling the agent first?  Elementary, but I 
don't remember seeing whether or not that was done.

Nick,

You mentioned the IE has never worked properly on this machine even after the 
reinstall. Has this been fixed? This could be the problem. In my experience, IE 
has to work properly otherwise NAC agent may have different problems. But I 
have no ideas how to resolve IE problem other than reinstall..

Is there a process running that starts before the NAC client that might keep 
the network connection open waiting for a reply that never comes so the client 
never pops?

Hi All,
Thanks again for your assistance. But it is still not working. 

Dennis- Thanks for the instructions, this was very clear and helpful, but still 
no luck. 
I have replaced both files in question, and yes, I did replace both jscript.dll 
& jscript9.dll in both locations system32 and SYSWOW64- same issue. 

Kelly, I did create a different user and attempted under that profile with no 
success. 

Ah... what to do now? Any other thoughts? 

Note: I am still waiting on TAC.
