*Steve Stockmal*- Yes I did. I tried again (removing and reinstalling the
agent...) after I replaced both jscript.dll & jscript9.dll in both
locations system32 and SYSWOW64.

*Steve Straw- *I can't really reinstall the OS since it is a student
machine. Perhaps I could make her do it before we let her on the network?
I'll need to check with our leadership on that one.

*Dennis-* IE is still an issue- I say that because it would let me install
the NAC Agent via IE (grey'd out as previous screen shot showed). Yo all
had me thinking more, so I tried to carry out the same process with IE
under the other user account I created... A pop-up came up and asked me if
I wanted to 'Allow' Cisco NAC/Active X (or something), I said 'Allow' and
it became grey'd out with no further progress. Now both profiles are in the
same situation in regards to IE.
*
John- Re: process running that starts before the NAC client that might
keep the network connection open waiting for a reply that never comes so
the client never pops? *

Not that I can see. I did try and stop various non-common start-up
processes but that did not work either.

It sounds like reload OS or filter are my current options- darn.
