Hi I had severe water retention. I then went omacetaxine which is injected by me for a while. But that was a problem and I went on ponatinib. For two years now it has been doing OK. It really suppresses the production of red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells. My doctor said most of my production of those comes from the cml cells, so my own cells are not producing a lot. But, as long as things stay the same I am not going to complain. I have had cml for 14 years now. Cheers John
