Hi John and thanks, I haven't had the PE so far. I've been fighting for 10 years now and am thankful for the meds. Tasigna was the worst for me and it never did work. Although Gleevec had many bad side effects I was on it for 5 years as the first drug available in 2004. Good luck, Jeanie
