I was philly 100% positive until I was on ponatinib. I did then have a molecular change that reduced the Phillies to around 50%. I don't know where they are now but I will try to find out tomorrow. I can't remember how long it took to have the change, but it wasn't long, maybe three months???. How did your platelet count get so high? I have check up every two to three weeks, sometimes weekly. Last Wednesday they took 11 tubes of blood (yikes). I will find out the results tomorrow. John
