I learn so much on this list!!!!!
If I read this correctly, then I grew up in Adventure Land and I now live in
Fantasy Land. And all these years I thought it was the other way around!
Oh and having one lots of gybes, lots of different ways, on a 35 footer I
vote for end for end in light/medium air (only use one set of lines) and dip
pole for heavy air with a second set of lines. I also prefer snap shackles
so that I can blow the guy from the shackle instead of letting a long line
trail behind the boat while the spinnaker is gathered.
