I think it's been on the market a while. It can't hurt to call the broker and ask him straight out about the problems he knows about. Otherwise, go down and look at it with a plastic hammer in hand and check it out. If the hull has moisture in it, that's a big job to fix. if the deck has moisture and if it's not too widespread, that's not to big a deal. I think a lot of people are put off our boats simply because of the balsa core. And that's reflected in the asking price.
