Thanks again for tall the feedback.
I orders 2 of the foldable from Fisheries they were best price of anyone $77 ea
vs $99 😊 I will try track cleat as well and see which works better. Although
they look sweet and I like a lot ! I am not getting 6 of the Wichard bails
@$97 a pop. Would like something like this for the toe rail in a $40 version?
But Hey its only $money$ right LOL! Never checked so just need to determine
genoa track size on My 37
1X1 1/8 or 1 1/4X 3/16 ? boat is 3 hrs from here.

Subject: Stus-List Toe rail tie off

I use a moveable cleat on the very front end of my Genoa track. The PO had one
and I picked up one for the other side. Works great.

In addition, I have a rail mounted cleat as a back up.

And bails. Three per side. Two for fenders and one forward for our preventer.
I would post a link, but It looks like C.S.Johnson stopped making them. But
they sure are handy.

Like these, but a little less fancy.

John,

I haven?t given this any thought but obviously I have the same issue. I?ve been
tying the lines to the toe-rail but this is a PITA and hardly ideal.

I?m re-bedding, re-fitting and adding to my deck hardware at the moment and
what I may do during this process is purchase a couple of quality cleats and
simply mount them just inside the toe-rail, allowing for enough clearance for
large lines,. I?ll back them up with a suitable section

of G10 painted white. Should do the trick.

I?ll be interested in the solutions offered by the list.

On My 1982 37 I have only bow and stern cleats. There is no place except the

Question - Is this fine to do tie off direct to toe rail with clip of Carabiner
? and what are the methods of attachment? How about Cafe?
Do the Toe Rail cleats ( foldable) they sell work ? or what about the or the
cleat for the genoa track ? is this worth the price? Any other thoughts ideas
are welcome
