The problem is, the wiki site wasn't circumventing DRM. Apple sent a lawyer swat team over holding briefcases of lies so they could strong arm a site to do their bidding. I'm not arguing the right or wrong of the DMCA, but the fact that this doesn't even fall under the DMCA. The wiki site simply doesn't have the money to spend all the time in court it would take to prove that...providing they didn't get a judge that still thought rotary phones were cool.
