Pretty much been done already.
As in DemoLinux? www.demolinux.org
If you require some special tools, copy the CD to a partition, add the
toolsand make a new CD (I did this to add Wordeprfect 8). Perhaps with some
encouragement, the folks at DemoLinux will document what they have done so
we all can create a custom distro (or a clone of our regular one) on a CD.
