Huh?  Have you been following?  Perhaps not.

Telnet is already off!   Mandrake does not install the telnet server
for a workstation install.

The whole point is that a workstation install of Mandrake includes
these clients but NOT these servers, because that is Mandrake's
definition of a workstation - which just happens to agree with the
definition of a cable workstation, therefore is a useful category of
install, since the whole world is moving to cable. :-) 

If you want servers, you must do a server install.  You do not get a
GUI.

If you want servers and a GUI, you must do a development install.
