when you don't install on MBR, there's no good way to know which drive is
first. You could install lilo on hde6 and have bios boot on hda.

when you install on MBR, i suppose you boot directly on it.

The best solution would be to ask when you don't install on MBR and there is
more than one ``category'' (hd[a-d], sd*, hd[e-h], ???) of hard drives
