Well that depends. Most non-kernel and non-install bugs are
looked at even in unconfirmed state - most of them are real and
fixable.

For kernel problems, first we lack kernel resources, second it's
nearly impossible to fix or workaround if we don't have the same
hardware here, third even if we have it there are a large number
of them for which the ratio between importance and available
resource is not good.

For install problems, many of them are duplicate: some we set as
duplicate, some we ignore; many don't provide enough information,
some of them we ask info some we ignore because we suppose it
would cost too much time to get the information; many are non
important or design issues, we don't have time to explain each
and every minor/design point; many of them are already fixed.

I know this is frustrating for reporters to "get ignored", but as
for the aim of bugzilla, e.g. track & fix bugs, it's now in a
state where it's really usable and helping us much to fix bugs.
