I don't think this can currently be passed by any of the functions `System.loadLibrary`, `System.load` or `SymbolLookup.libraryLookup`. The `.16` suffix is only for clang 16. Clang 15 uses `.15`. Note that AIX uses archive members quite often. E.g. `libc.a(shr_64.o)`, `libpthreads.a(shr_xpg5_64.o)`, `libz.a(libz.so.1)`, ...
