I checked out used engines a while back.  There are a lot of cheap ones
advertised down there in the $2,000 range, but they all turned out to have
something wrong with them.  Usually a prop strike, high hours, no logs,
etc.
None of them were something I'd count on.  I think the best bet would be
to
spend the money you'd spend on getting the C85 overhauled on a good O200.
It will cost several thousand dollars.  Glen Ward
