I agree with you, Wayne.  I'm happy to hear that the armed sky marshalls 
will likely be back, but I'd like to know why there isn't a steel
reinforced 
door to the cockpit.  I also think the pilot and first officer should
carry 
side arms.  If there's unauthorized personnel in the cockpit, shoot 
(carefully, of course) first and ask questions later.  The responsibility
is 
too great.
