The FACTS below have now been admitted to by the Philly PD. Perhaps George missed the papers that day: What George leaves out is that the shot was fired, not by the suspect, but accidentally by another officer, hitting his comrade in the thumb. Which of course justifies kicking the crap out of the suspect. Courts and jails are SUCH a bother. If we'd just equip our police cruisers with a stout length of of rope to toss over the nearest tree, we could save all this negative publicity. Why bother having *suspects* anyway? Just execute 'em in the streets.
