My 2 cents worth. I think this thread in its present tone should be shelved along with the 45 Knot cross wind thread before it gets out of hand and we lose some of great things that we have. We are a very small group when you consider what part of general aviation we make up. And I for one would hate to lose this List, Coupe Capers and all of the Web Pages that we have because of a he said she said e-mail. If I remember correctly their was an earlier thread that took some shots at Skip's running of the Coupe Capers. And if I was in his shoes I may have snarled back also.
Tom does one great job on this list and I think he should be in total control on how it is run. Skip does one great job on the Coupe Capers and should be run under his control. And to all of the one's that have Web Pages I commend you I wish I had your talents. I myself am more of a volunteer and am looking forward to retirement in 2001 so that I can become involved with Coupe's at Oshkosh and Sun in Fun. Its easy to get the wrong impression when something is in print. I am not trying to put anyone down about their thoughts only saying lets tread easy on certain issue's. That's my 2 1/2 cents worth.
