          Do I need someone to warn me of the implications of taking
advice?
no... I think FARs spell it out very clearly. Aircraft Owner / Pilot in
command has the final responsibility. If Skip wants to continue wasting
"valuable" space in the newsletter trying to compete with a totally
differant
atmosphere (one he seems to have little knowledge of), then I'll take my
name
off the roster. As it was before the hive got kicked I had no qualms over
the
way it was published, good reading and food for thought. I figured that
"this
town was big enough for the both of em" and I'm sure that everyone will
agree.
Tom has done a great job with the Coupers list (voluntarily) and I as
everyone
appreciate his efforts. I have respect for Skip as being an info source
for
Ercoupes, although I have to believe that if he wanted to spread this
knowledge around, he'd have stuck to the coupe list and voiced his wisdom
on
other forums (not just his).
