#left-side, #right-side {zoom: 1;}
...or whatever 'hasLayout' trigger you fancy that doesn't break other

I could have worded that differently, as I was referring to the fact
that IE7 is an IE6 with a few additions and fixes, and a huge number of
patches. Thus, IE6 only need some of those patches to make it render
your page at least as good as IE7.

Other than that I have no opinion about, or interest in, what anyone put
up on their pages or which browsers they choose to support, so there's
nothing to discuss - on or off list.
