Extremely common in the DC / Baltimore area.  Also Ohio and ... actually , 
practically the whole country, except where the only dope is Mexican tar. For 
whatever reason there haven't been the fentanyl deaths in TX/ California there 
have been in central and north east parts of the US...

Haha, that doesn't really apply when you've bought one bag that has a hot shot 
of fentanyl in it :). People in Baltimore chase the dealers causing ODs all day 
long trying to find those "SMOKERS" - and then they are surprised when they get 
smoked themselves and wake up in narcan hell (or don't wake up at all).
