Yup, I thought that.
It says "ImportError: No module named Dabo".

I've clearly missed out something basic and obvious, but I don't know what.

On the assumption that I need to install Dabo into Python I've gone to the 
main Dabo directory and at the bash prompt typed

    python setup.py install

It thinks for a while but then complains about the lack of SQLite 3 and 
the pysqlite2 module :-(
