Yup, I downloaded that at the same time VirtualEnv.  Damned if I can see where 
it 
is now though :-

Yup, I'm not seeing version numbers in the names of these packages.
However, the problem seems to be getting the non-OS-default Python to receive 
the 
packages.  Wiich is presumably why Pip ships with VirtualEnv.
