Thank you for your kind offer, Steve. I have already compiled Pidgin, so I do not need a package. I just want to say that it is not easy for many ordinary users to compile a project from sources, so they really need a simpler way to update Pidgin before the 2009.06 build. It would be great if it would be possible to just install a new version of the package through either the Package Manager or some other repository. -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
