The domain order is probably pending and needs to be released.
The flow, generally, is this:
- Order is placed
- Email sent to customer
- Email sent to RSP (you)
- Order is stored in OpenSRS system in a Pending state
- RSP logs in to the web interface and releases the
order
- Customer can log in to manage domain

Ok
Many thanks to Eric. The problem WAS that line of code as mentioned in your
tutorial, however just hidden in the clientcommon.pl file rather than the
reg_system.cgi file. That problem solved, onto the next one :-)
Registration of the domain seems to go through without any problems, the
customer gets an order id emailed to them and we get an email telling us
what the customer has entered. However, when i try to log in using the
domain/username/password specified when i registered a domain i get ' failed
attempt: authentication error' .
Sorry to be a pain with all the questions.
Thanks
Richard
