I think James has a fair point here. It may be worthwhile biting the bullet here and push forward.
Since this essentially will be a full replacement of the ctakes-dictionary-lookup module, a good option maybe to just replace the entire module now and rename the existing module to * _deprecated. How do folks feel about that?
