Hmm - I don't think this is necessary in general. As you wrote in one of
your other posts, the IT language is english. So when it is technical
documentation, then I don't think it is necessary to translate it.
Ok, but I'd be happy to see the other way around. Some projects face a
similar problem like the documentation project: documentaion exists in
native lang communities but not in english. Speaking about qa indeed.
I know the french team has several documentations about qa, as well as
the german team has (and I'm sure, italian has as well). Most of those
documents are for beginners .. but this is exactly, what the qa-project
is missing.
I can just speak for myself .. but writing a good documentation for
beginners in English is hard (it even is if I do it in German).
Unfortunately, the idea of writing a draft and let it polish by others
does hardly work. At least if you try to do it in the core project.
Maybe documentation project could help here.
