First off, simply being threaded doesn't avoid the issue... it depends on
the particular model being used (ie. the MPM in 2.x...).  

But this is 1.3 that the patch posted is for and we are talking about.  I
didn't look at all the platforms the posted patch is defining
HAVE_NONE_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT for, since it is a pain without actually
applying the patch, but I'm sure they aren't all threaded.  Right?

So how is HAVE_NONE_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT legitimate in this patch?
