Since Charles support Eike, I will support Eike as well. But as I understand Eike is quite busy with the issues he is already handling, what about - Eike Rathke, a lead of L10N & I18N Project will be the first liaison to the Unicode Consortium. - Charles-H Schulz, a lead of Native-Lang Project as a substitute when Eike is busy. I don't know about the Unicode official rules. If my proposal is possible in regarding with the rules, I think it will be best.
