Hello Wunna, In my understanding, customarily, there is one or two liaisons from each organization. (Majority of the Liaison Member organizations have a liaison to the consortium.)

But as I understand Eike is quite busy with the issues he is already handling, what about - Eike Rathke, a lead of L10N & I18N Project will be the first liaison to the Unicode Consortium. - Charles-H Schulz, a lead of Native-Lang Project as a substitute when Eike is busy.
