IMHO we have to come to one solution for all languages. etc. Nobody
would be willing to keep the overview of this mixed setup (FR want JRE,
DE not, PT want JRE, IT not, etc.).
Not a single person but a QA lead for his language and a tool ;-)
I agree that we should try to keep the type and location of installset
provided for the different purposes (l10ntest, RC, final) and states
(untested, inQA, ...) the same for languages. But I think we could fine
tune when which set of installsets is distributed in which area.
