Depends what you mean by 'out-of-the-box', Guice only provides built-in support 
for @Inject of j.u.l.Logger 
(http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/wiki/BuiltInBindings). With Sisu we add 
support for @Inject org.slf4j.Logger, and for something like @InjectLogger 
you'll need a logging extension like http://onami.incubator.apache.org/logging/ 
that involves registering a custom injector 
(http://code.google.com/p/google-guice/wiki/CustomInjections).
