This structure of extras comes from the times of OOo 1.0 and I am
pretty sure its obsolete by now and needs updating by now. I have a
person now who is interested to maintain the Slovakian extras and
would like to update it to latest versions.
I would like basically to know, where I can get the latest original
(English) extras, so we can localize an update the sk part of it.
And I would also like to know what is the procedure to put them back
to source.
You are right. Things have changed since the days of the 1.0. I would
say that probably 90% of your extras can be turned into extensions,
separately downloadable on the extensions web site. Below are some
interesting links about extensions:

Note that with extensions you don't need to have the extras repositry.
In fact, you don't need to use CVS; extensions are built, updated on
an individual basis by individual maintainers that don't need any
interaction with the SK website. What is only needed is to uppload the
extensions on the dedicated website. One last thing: as your extras
seem to be very much the same that any localized version would need,
most of them are probably already available as extensions you need to
localize.
