Hi,
I think that in case more people have the same opinion as me we could make standard procedures for localization of all these parts of OOo (I know that procedures for some already exists) and that would make the life of all NL leads much more easier.
the standard process is named "CWS" and it is being used for may years now and it can/should/must be used for this stuff ad well as for code.
