Yes... but that still has to go through extensions.

We basically changed processes, so it has to go through the
extensions mechanisms, except the l10n part of suite itself. Feel
free to ask, but I don't think they will grant you the access to
the extras repository now.

Pavel, being rude or antisocial is not an excuse for being a good
engineer. Politeness does not come as an option, neither on this list
nor anywhere else. So if I wrote something you consider is not a right
answer, then write it down yourself.
