I saw few wrong information here so I try to correct them.
If you instaled OOo, you get several files that you should translate.

As I see you downloaded the source and you checking extras module. You should
tranlslate all language depended element here.
Language depended elements mainly in lang<yourlanguage> folder, in case of mine
(Hungarian): lang/hu in your case lang/sk.
Dictionaries are in dictionaries module. You can send here only LGPL-ed dicts
if you have.
Also there is a way to create extension from other Slovakian templates. If you
want I can help with the build. I have very big collection from free templates.
You can also translate templates from this repository.
