It's a simple NetBeans module project that adds german translations to the
platform. Translations are exclusively taken from the 3rd donation zip, and
it's evident that they are incomplete. However, all license headers have
been fixed and adapted to Apache 2.0.
It needs some more refinement, but I think this could be the way we proceed
with the translations.
