It comes in several languages: https://docs.ancestris.org I've been meaning to for a long time to get in touch with them to learn from them how they translate their tool (including the NetBeans Platform, somehow) to several different languages. That could be your starting point, i.e., I recommend reinventing the wheel from scratch because the repos you refer to above are suboptimal even if they were alive.
