Hi,
just 2 things to think about:
- not only PostalAddress may have Latitude and Longitude, e.g. IP
Address may have them: http://www.maxmind.com/app/locate_my_ip
- whatever you geocode today, may change over time: the IP Address may
get a new owner, street maps get more detail,...
