Following along then: A couple of thoughts:
Currently there are some of us that are "on a QA team" and there are others that have "Can confirm" status in the issue tracking system but are not part of a team. The number I listed in my first email did not account for these folks with "Can Confirm" privileges What if any difference is there between these people?
