We’ve been looking into the Tika-related test failures on s390x.
It appears that the Apache Tika does not yet provide support for s390x, which 
looks to be the root cause of the failures we are seeing in Apache Solr tests.
Our team is actively working on addressing this gap, and we’ll share updates as 
soon as we have progress.

added, by the way), are unhappy:
