I assume it has been donated. But even in that case, it would be good to have a proposal from WSO2 about how they intend to handle their branding. This sort of information will help inform our own branding conversations. And IMO, "do we choose a new name?" is a perfectly legitimate question. It is now, and it will be for the lifetime of the project. ;)
