Joe raised this question during the incubator discussion too and I answered
it there - please see that thread. The ASF branding team was also informed
and they ok'ed the proposed model. The incubator PMC voted it in.

I'm not sure what the problem is .. if you want to start a thread on "do we
want a new name" go right ahead.

IMO that's not the most important thing to do first as that was discussed
just a few weeks ago! However you (or Joe) can start it again if u so wish.

WSO2 has committed to abide by ASF naming guidelines. I see no reason for
WSO2 to commit any further because you and Joe are demanding more
information.

We're not new to ASF guys .. many of us are not just committers but long
time members and we know the rules and I've helped shape them too many
years ago. A little bit of trust is helpful too but hey if you don't want
to go with that then we (as a company) have stated repeatedly that we will
abide by the guidelines.
