You are assuming there that the authority accesses the WDTK profile page.  If 
the DPA/FoI officers I've worked with are typical I'd say that is unlikely.

I feel we're in a bit of a grey area here and a lot more benefit of the doubt 
is being given to the authorities than I would expect to be given.  But then I 
do tend to stick close to the rules with minimal interpretation and expect 
others to do the same.  Comes of being an ex-union rep I think.

All WDTK users have a profile page that lists the requests/annotations 
they have made, so authorities (or anyone else) can see that the 
requests are coming from the same person, unless they are using multiple 
user accounts.
