Create one alias file:

    ~alias/.qmail-subcompany-default

which contains

    | forward $[EMAIL PROTECTED]

then create a custom template for /var/qmail/control/virtualdomains which
contains the following line:

    sub.company.com:alias-subcompany

Then mail for [EMAIL PROTECTED] will be handled correctly.
