Indeed quite nice, not as specific as Extension Wizard. IMO we also need a setup wizard but it's a more generic wizard for settting up database connection on first run, and other first time params. But we could consider it part of the same wizard, in other steps and call it "Setup Wizard". At least for the end user he can more easily understand "Setup Wizard" than "Distribution Wizard" I think.
