Hello,
I think the idea of Version manager is nice. +1 for Upgrade Wizard (or
Version Wizard), could be "Gestionnaire de Mise à Jour" in french.
For the first start of a wiki, the admin/user should be guided to it, so
the name is not, until then, (IMO) so important. But when it comes to
upgrade a wiki, an "upgrade wizard" is the place where the user naturally
goes.
